Hollow Blocks by Amare

Three sizes. One face.

All three sizes are laid with the same 400 × 200 mm face. The thickness is what changes, so pick by the wall you are building.

How a block gets made.

We are starting operations on a full block-making line, set up from mixer to press under one roof.

  1. Workers loading cement into the mix hopper

    Mix

Cement, aggregate and water are blended in the mixer.

  2. The conveyor running above stacked pallets

    Convey

A belt carries the mix up to the block machine.

  3. The block machine beside stacks of pallets

    Press

The hydraulic press forms each block in its mold.

  4. Finished blocks stacked after curing

    Cure

Fresh blocks are moved on pallets and left to cure before they go out.
